SHIPPING FAQ:

How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time for domestic orders is anywhere from 5-8 business days. Once your order has been carefully packaged you will receive an email with an automated tracking number, that number will be updated once the USPS or UPS picks your order up from my warehouse.

My order is a gift and I need it right away, can you help?

How long do International orders take?

International orders that are shipped via USPS First Class mail or UPS Worldwide Expedited can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks before they are delivered. 

How much does it cost to ship Internationally?

Every international order is different, however my online shop will automatically calculate your shipping costs during the checkout process (but before you finalize the payment.) 

My shipping address is incorrect, help!

Do you offer insurance on packages?

I do not automatically add insurance to a package but am happy to do so upon request. Simply email me at https://chucksperry.net/contact/ after your order is placed to learn more.

What is your policy if an item is lost in transit?

If an item has been lost by the carrier en route to you, and if the shipping information you originally provided is correct, I will attempt a replacement or a refund. However, I cannot be held responsible for a package once an item has been marked as delivered or after a delivery attempt has been made. Due to the unique nature of the items I sell replacements are rarely possible, because of this I highly encourage you to have your orders shipped only to secure locations.

Do you offer local pickups at your studio for online orders?

Unfortunately, I conduct my shipping out of a warehouse and fulfillment center in my studio. As such, I am unable offer local pick up options for online orders. Thanks for your understanding! I appreciate your support!
