TERMS & CONDITIONS

In review: due to the unique nature of my prints and original works of art, all sales are considered final and non refundable. If your online order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued. I am unable to accommodate refund or replacement requests if more than 14 days has passed since an item was delivered.

All numbered prints are subject to my 1 per Person / Household policy. This includes buying for someone else, gift or otherwise in addition to your order. There are no exceptions. It is my intent to make prints available to collectors who intend to enjoy the art for months and years to come. Customers that exceed this limit may have all their orders cancelled. If you consistently exceed this limit and/or are suspected of profiteering (ie. eBay pre-sales) all your orders will be refunded and you will be blocked from future purchases.

EBAY POLICY

eBay flippers are not welcomed. If suspected or caught eBaying prints your order will be automatically refunded and you will no longer be permitted to purchase from Chucksperry.net.
